About Nicholas Kaufman

Born and raised in the Washington DC area, Nicholas Kaufman brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a penchant for creative marketing in the digital age to Miami's luxury residential sales market.

With his best friend by his side, Nicholas started his own company at the age of 21. Two years later, he started a second company with his cousin and girlfriend. Quickly learning how to adapt and handle decision making under intense pressure, he watched his companies grow into area successes and gained a true understanding of his clients' needs in the process. With a keen understanding for the art of relationship building, he turned to a career in real estate and has established himself as a caring agent who truly appreciates his clients' time and the need to always be upfront and honest when providing his clients with the big picture when it comes to meeting their real estate expectations.

"I believe in building relationships steeped in trust and assisting my clients in any way possible, no matter how large or small," says Nicholas. A large part of assisting his clients has become tied to his expertise with social media. Embracing new technologies and advertising in the digital age was natural for Nicholas and he has found great success utilizing the social media marketing tool to market properties in a way many other agents have not yet mastered.

Knowledgeable in the areas of Aventura, Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, Nicholas caters to high-end residential properties but represents properties across all price ranges and areas. In addition to acting as a buyers or sellers agent, Nicholas provides a full-range of services including property management. Available around the clock, he is a dedicated agent who takes pride in the services that he provides and strives to always over deliver on promises to his clients.

Born in Bethesda, Maryland, a suburb of Washington DC, Nicholas moved to Florida to attend the University of Miami in 2011, where he graduated with a double major in Marketing and Management. Finding that he loved the state, he made South Florida his home and today, he enjoys giving back to the community whenever possible. He serves on the board of his family's charitable foundation and takes great pride in the philanthropic work that they do together.
